November Update

10 November 2007

DAYLIGHT SAVINGS

The days are starting to brighten with the commencement of daylight savings.
This has allowed us to expand the coaching hours available at Wesley courts as we are not relying on lights for training. Please contact us for information about private or group coaching now available at Wesley campuses. See venues for more information.

CUP WEEKEND

The Cup weekend has been and gone and enjoyed by most. Sunday saw us experience a cold wet blustery day which was more likened to a mid winters day. However, Derby day just prior and Cup Day that followed was blessed with glorious sunshine and all the highlights of the cup carnival.
Cup Eve was a highlight of the Cup weekend. Centenary Park Tennis Club hosted their annual Calcutta which was attended by many family and friends. The competition was fierce for all the favorite cup contenders. It was a fantastic night enjoyed by all. The food was plentiful, the drinks flowed and the laughs were endless. Well done to the Committee on another fantastic social event. We are all looking forward to the Christmas Party with date to be confirmed shortly.
